Oftentimes, women buy new shoes but putting them on initially might be very difficult. When this happen to you as a woman you need to stretch the shoes so that they can match your fit.

There are some methods you can try. Check out these methods and use them, they will work for you.
Method 1
 Get your socks and put them on.
 Then get some water and sprinkle the inside of the shoe. You also use an alcoholic drink as water.
 Having done that, put on the shoe for a while
Method 2
 Stuff the inside of your new shoe with used newspapers or magazine. This is the method you apply if your shoe is made of natural fabric or nylon. But if your shoe is pure leather, don’t use this method.
Method 3
 Place your shoe outside where the sun can touch it for 25 minutes. If the sun is not shining, you use your air blower or you place it near the oven, or better still you can use the hair dryer.
 Then bring it inside and put on thick stocks. Wear the shoe and walk briskly with it. Widen your feet inside as you walk about. 
 Again this method is not for your leather shoes.
Method 4
 This is for your leather shoes.
 For shoes in this category, you can buy a shoe stretcher spray that you can use to stretch them.
 Alternatively, you can rub ointment like Vaseline on the area you want to stretch, then put on your socks and walk about for some time.
These methods if applied correctly will help you a great deal.
